About the company

This company develops its production activities in two different directions:

• Wood processing
• Metal processing

Through a short time and intensive development they became one of the leading Lithuanian manufacturers

Development:

• Established in 1999, the company started its operations in 2000 by producing semi-finished wood components
• Started manufacturing wooden rocking toys in 2003
• In the same year, it was created a metal processing department for the development and production of machineres
• In the year 2004, company launched a major expansion of its manufacturing operations with a new furniture production facility

Company is FSC CoC certificated and takes membership in the association of Lithuanian woodworking industry.

Production

Furniture

• Manufacture of bedroom, dining room and office furniture from solid wood
• Furniture is produced from birch, beech, brown core beech, black alder, ordinary and radiata pines
• Can be stained, oiled or lacquered
• Consists of different modules and specifications that allow to construct the most convenient furniture models

Toys

• Produced from pine wood
• Can be colored/waxed or lacquered
• Correspond to all requirements raised by the EU
• Toys are flat packed into carton boxes, an assembling instruction is included
• Company is able to produce wooden toys according to individual design

Components (Door components, drawer fronts, profiles, table tops, shelf brackets, furniture legs)

• Produced from solid wood
• Humidity 8-10 %
• Can be solid, face glued, edge glued
• Tolerances for length +/- 0,1 mm, width +/- 0,2 mm, thickness +/- 0,2 mm
• Surface sanded, S4S, stained, colored, oiled or lacquered
• Components are produced according to customer`s request
